Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for opened, partially used, or consumed items.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt, providing your order info and photographic evidence. We reserve the right to request return of the item before issuing any refund or replacement.

Refunds or replacements for damaged or incorrect products are at our sole discretion and will be processed after verification of the claim.

Customers are responsible for return costs unless otherwise agreed.
