About Us

At The Jane Dough Baking Co., we believe bread should be so good it’s almost criminal. Founded by Lyndsay Tarnacki, our bakery specializes in dangerously delicious sourdough—crafted with simple ingredients, slow fermentation, and just the right amount of mischief. One bite and you’ll understand why our loaves have been known to cause repeat offenses.
 

At The Jane Dough Baking Co. we focus on only prime, organic ingredients.  We start with a simple, no preservative sourdough starter and add only flour, honey, and salt.  That's the Plain Sourdough that goes into all our Bread.  From there, we add TONs of each ingredient to make our different Menu items. We add ingredients throughout the dough as well as on top for a truly unique bread experience.  We like to call it "Bread Extra", but whatever you call it we know you're going to love it.

Every Item on the menu is Deadly Delicious.

MEET THE TEAM

The Jane Dough Baking Co. is a proudly women-owned bakery where we take bread very seriously—ourselves, not so much. We knead, proof, and bake like it’s an Olympic sport, crafting simple, healthy sourdough so good it should probably come with a warning label. Made with wholesome ingredients and a little attitude, our bread is crusty on the outside, soft on the inside—just like us.
