“I built The Jane Dough from scratch with an 88-year-old sourdough starter, a dark sense of humor, and the belief that food should never be boring. What started as a passion quickly became something bigger than I imagined—and apparently, the dough had plans of its own. Every product carries a little piece of my personality: bold, unexpected, slightly twisted, and always deadly delicious.”
